We’ll create personalized daily routines to combat these issues and attack time management using science-backed strategies.

Improve nutrition and exercise for optimal ADHD brain health.
Establish good sleep hygiene.
Explore addiction and its effects on the ADHD brain and body.
We’ll use a variety of modalities such as EFT, meditation, and mindfulness practices
to unlearn past conditioning, achieve balance, and cultivate self-love.

The assessment can be done virtually or in-person.
During the assessment, we will discuss all areas of your life which have been impacted by ADHD.


We’ll create an action plan.

Based on the assessment, we will create an action plan for you to follow.
This plan may include recommended supplements, reading materials, and other resources.

Coaching sessions begin.

Each coaching session lasts between 1-2 hours. During these sessions, we will work together to
address the areas of your life impacted by ADHD, finding the right strategies for you.  Y
ou will have unlimited email and text support throughout this time.
